Evolving an 18 year old brand

I led a multi-disciplinary team in creating a more emotional brand across consumer and B2B products, that connects diners and chefs. This work helped reshape OpenTable’s visual identity and supported their global expansion with 3500 new photographs and 16 film shoots in 25 cities around the world for B2C, B2B and editorial campaigns.

New editorial for marketing campaign and product redesign: As part of a redesign of it's restaurant-facing marketing site, OpenTable took a more aspirational, narrative-driven approach to explaining its product offerings. Six restaurants were profiled across the country and photography was captured throughout the day, that intended to chronicle the entire operation of crafting a dining experience, and telling the story of the food's origin.

Chef Dining Guides: OpenTable's first culinary travel guide, highlighted the dining scene's of 3 different cities: London, Austin, and Los Angeles. Local Chefs we're asked about their favorite spots, and recommended lists were based on their insights.

App Redesign, Marketing Events and Restaurant Series: To ensure consistency from Marketing to the Restaurant Guest Center and Consumer app, I partnered with UX, PM and ENG to establish a cohesive design system that bridged all client and consumer touchpoints. The creative framework extended to updating our presence at leading restaurant industry events and innovation summits from Los Angeles to London.
