Case Study: Airbnb

Host Welcome Kit 

My team had the unique opportunity to work with the Host Team at Airbnb to improve Host education. This came in the form of a printed Host Welcome Kit, Host Education videos for online help, and in product celebration moments for good hosting. As creative lead, I orchestrated members of the host team, UX designers, illustrators, writers and animators to build a consistent look and feel and consistent voice and tone. Our illustrator created a library of host illustrations that were used as the visual language across all touch points, from books to video.
